Summary
This learning management system was developed to serve as a comprehensive training hub for the Global Sales Organization at Pinterest. As a member of the team, I actively contributed to crafting a user-friendly platform that seamlessly integrated various training modules, assessments, and essential information. Leveraging my proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, I generated headers and graphics, curated harmonious color palettes to align with the brand identity, conducted extensive research to procure brand-related photographs for interactive elements, and skillfully edited these images with Adobe Photoshop. Additionally, I utilized HTML and CSS to update interactive features and incorporate graphics, enhancing the overall user experience.

Training Content Design
Summary
To foster an impactful learning environment at Pinterest, I undertook a multitude of tasks on the LMS side. These tasks involved creating and uploading eLearnings (SCORM files), digital training assets, and diligently maintaining and updating courseware. Additionally, I was responsible for developing comprehensive learning plans and courses, organizing training modules' structure and content, and designing effective assessments. I actively contributed to the development of email notifications and reminders using HTML. Moreover, I created various training including deck design, video editing, and graphic design, ensuring a comprehensive and immersive training program.
